The main criteria of review of the form Σ2 are:

• partnership's registration number and name;
• the date of the change (should not be earlier to the latest submitted change);
• signature by the partner(s) binding the partnership with their signature.

Most common reasons for rejection of documents by the examiner:

• the form submitted is not the statutory form;
• the changes notified do not concern only one specific date;
• failure to sign by the partner(s) that bind the partnership with their signature;
• a change of name of the partnership is being requested for without having obtained the prior approval of the name.
