Initial and relevant obligations of an SE

A European company (SE) incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus, must maintain a registered office in the Republic of Cyprus, which must not be a mailbox. At the registered office of SE company is where, all notifications and notices are sent (e.g. letters from the Registrar of Companies and other documents), according to the Companies Law.

The notification of registered office address of SE, depending on the type of SE incorporation, is done simultaneously with the submission of forms ED1, ED2, ED3, ED4, ED5. Following the incorporation of an SE, the notification of the change registered office, is done by submitting the form ED7.
