Initial and relevant obligations

The partnership may be incorporated for a specific or undetermined period of time. The duration of the partnership as well as the date of its commencement, should be notified by filing form Σ1 with the Registrar of Companies.

In the event that the duration of the partnership has not been determined, the terms for its dissolution are filed with the above mentioned form.

Any change in the duration for which the partnership was incorporated or to the terms of dissolution, is notified to the Registrar of Companies with the submission of form Σ2 within seven (7) days from the date of change.
