Initial and relevant obligations

The place where the business is carried out under the business name must be in the Republic of Cyprus, and must not be a mailbox. At the business name's main place of business is where, all notifications and notices are sent as required by the General and Limited Partnerships and Business Name Law.

The notification of the business name's place of business is done with the submission, to the Registrar of Companies, of form EE1 while applying for the incorporation of a business name. The notification of change of place of business address is done with the submission, to the Registrar of Companies, of form EE2 within seven (7) days from its change.

It is noted that the address of the place of business of a business name is published in the electronic register of the Registrar of Companies.
