Annual Fee
Every year, by June 30th, all companies registered in the register of the Registrar of Companies must pay an annual fee of three hundred and fifty euros (€350.00).
A company which does not pay the annual fee by this date but pays this annual fee within two months (i.e. by August 31st), is subject to an additional charge of 10 percent (10%), while a company that is late but pays the annual fee within a period of five months from June 30th is subject to an additional charge of thirty percent 30%.
