Strike off of non active partnership

When the Registrar of Companies has reasonable cause to believe that the partnership is not carrying on business, he may send to the partnership by post a letter inquiring whether the partnership is carrying on business.

If the partnership responds that it does not carry on any business activity or if it does not respond within one (1) month from the date of the notice, the Registrar of Companies may strike the partnership off the register and proceed with the publication of the strike off in the Official Gazette of the Republic.
