Following the strike off

Following the dissolution of a partnership, every partner is entitled, in relation to the other partners and all persons having claims through them, to dispose the partnership's property for the payment of debts and liabilities created by the partnership and following that, to allocate the surplus of the assets to the partners respectively, after taking into consideration any amounts due from the partners to the partnership.
