Obtaining certified copies/certifcates by hand/post

You may submit your request to obtain certified copies/certificates:

• At the cashiers office of the Registrar of Companies:
  • Corner Makariou III Avenue and Karpenisiou Street
    “XENIOS” Building ,1427 Nicosia
• By post addressed to:
  • Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property
    Corner Makariou III Avenue and Karpenisiou Street
    “XENIOS” Building ,1427 Nicosia

The application must be accompanied by:

• a fee of twenty (€20) euro per certified copy/certificate; and
• in the case of an accelerated request, an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) per certified copy/certificate.

Fees are payable in cash, by cheque, via an account maintained with the Department of the Registrar of Companies or via bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to Registrar of Companies.

You are advised to refer to the main criteria of review and most common reasons for rejection, so as to acquire a better understanding of what is required and to facilitate the process further.

The certified copies/certificates may be picked up from a mail box of the Department of the Registrar of Companies or it can be received by post.
