Filing of UBO information onto the system
1. Do I need to submit any documents?
No documents are required to be submitted. You just fill in the fields with the information required as they appear on the e-form.
2.Will I receive any confirmation for filing the UBO information onto the system?
Yes, following the successful submission of the UBO details a relevant confirmation/ acknowledgement document will be sent.
3.Are there any fees for the submission of beneficial owner data;
No, there are no filing fees.
4.For any queries where can we refer to?
In case your question is not answered by the section Register of Beneficial owners, you may submit it solely and exclusively in writing to the email address Ubos@meci.gov.cy.
