Obtaining certified copies by hand/post

You may submit your request to obtain certified copies/certificates by hand/post:

• at the cashier office of the Registrar of Companies:
  • o Corner Makariou III Avenue and Karpenisiou Street
    •o “XENIOS” Building ,1427 Nicosia
• by post addressed to:
  • Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property
    Corner Makariou III Avenue and Karpenisiou Street
    “XENIOS” Building ,1427 Nicosia

by paying (either in cash, or by cheque, via an account maintained  with the Department of the Registrar of Companies, or via bank transfer):

• a fee of twenty (20) eurosper certified copy/certificate;
• a fee of forty (40) euros or fifty (50) euros for a certified copy of the memorandum and articles of association whether is submitted or not  respectively, and
• in the case of accelerated request an additional fee of twenty (20) euros per certified copy/certificate.

You are advised to refer to the main criteria of review and the most common reasons for rejection, so as to acquire a better understanding of what is required and to facilitate the process further.

The certified copies/certificates may be picked up from a mail box of the Department’s of the Registrar of Companies or it can be received by post.
